A road split is not the worst outcome in college basketball. But if you’re Arizona State, Saturday nights 69-67 loss at USC, was a crusher.
The Sun Devils had multiple opportunities to put away the Trojans, but found ways to beat themselves. Romello White would lead ASU in scoring with 11.
Arizona State would go scoreless in final 1:35 of the game, including Zylan Cheatham missing the front end of a 1 and 1 with :25 seconds remaining.
