Arm strength and accuracy have been two questions about Arizona quarterback Khalil Tate. Wednesday night he shut down those that weren’t believers in his skills other than scrambling. Tate threw four touchdown passes in the Wildcats 38-35 loss to Purdue in the Foster Farms Bowl. The downside for Tate was his final through of the night being picked off by the Boilermakers.
