The Falcons of Catalina Foothills have made history.

For the first time, they are headed to the state championship game after knocking off the Higley Knights 56-21 from Williams Field high school on friday night. University of Arizona commit Rhett Rodriguez threw an incredible seven touchdowns leading a team who has been playing together at the varsity level since they were freshman and sophomores.

Catalina Foothills returns to the Valley for one final game at University of Phoenix Stadium next week as they look to avenge a loss to the Saguaro Sabercats from earlier this season for the 4A state title.
