One of the most prestigious junior golf tournaments in the country will take place over the Memorial Day weekend with two Arizona players right in the middle of the action.
Hamilton High School junior Hannah O’Sullivan and Brophy Prep junior Michael Feagles will be competing in the Thunderbird International Junior at Grayhawk Country Club.
This isn’t any ordinary, run-of-the-mill event. Through the years players like Ricky Fowler, Hunter Mahan and Paula Creamer have competed in this golf tournament.
Feagles is currently ranked 118th nationally and second in Arizona. He has committed to play his college golf at the University of Illinois.
The 54-hole competition will take place Saturday, May 23rd – Monday, May 25th.
