Here are some hi-lights from our most recent conversation (October 29th) with the Fantasy Sports Writer’s Association Hall of Famer.

Jordan Cameron had a really nice fantasy season last year–this year he’s done very little…time to dump him? “I don’t know if Jordan Cameron is a super star. He was last year for half the season and a lot of people drafted him high this year thinking he was going to be a number one tight end. He’s had one play all year. One play that was it. He’s scored 11 points on one play…that’s basically what he’s scored in a game the rest of the season so he’s injured right now…he’s a guy I’m not even rostering anymore.”

Has Andrew Luck even exceeded your high expectations this season? “He’s been great. At the beginning of the year I said Andrew Luck is the one quarterback that can break into the Big Three: which is Brees, Peyton and Aaron Rodgers and right now he’s been better than all of them. He’s coming into his own at the pro level at the quarterback position and that is turning into amazing fantasy production. I mean, this guy scores 20 points every week. If he scores fewer than 20 points you’re like, ‘oh, he had a bad game.’ He has great weapons and he is becoming the type of quarterback Brad that makes his weapons better…Andrew Luck, to me, next year will likely be a first-round pick just about across the board…he’s that good. He’s a young guy and he’s only going to get better.”

Is one of Luck’s teammates, Ahmad Bradshaw, a good play on Monday Night Football? “Ahmad Bradshaw, who has been on fire all year-long, is playing his old team [New York Giants] on Monday night. A little revenge there Brad so I like him.”
